Great hotel, can't really fault it.
I booked very late on the same day for work purposes and they called to let me know a wedding was on and my room was directly over it, they offered to waive any fees if i were to cancel which I appreciated.
I went anyway but it's great communication by the hotel to call and mention the wedding,
The noise in the room was crazy, but it died down at 10:30 and stopped completely at 11pm so not bad and I was warned so no complaints there.
The room itself was very comfortable and spacious, had a great night's sleep in the bed and the rain shower was great.
I had dinner and breakfast here and both were very good.
Overall, highly recommended and I will be back!

Outstanding in every way.
Rooms were very comfortable; food was interesting, varied and well presented. Afternoon tea - outstanding!
The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Excellent place to stay - though a bit overwhelming with weddings on both the days we were there!!

房间很棒，干净整洁，应有尽有。房间打扫过了，但牛奶和咖啡没有补充，所以不得不去前台要。前台没人，只好去了餐厅的酒吧，在那里要了一些。
早餐选择很多，女服务员（我记得她叫特里）非常热情，有求必应。熟食早餐还可以——感觉是提前做好再加热的，尝起来不像以前那样是现做的。
酒店装修得很漂亮，但感觉那些雅座让这里更像酒吧，而不是餐厅。我还觉得整体员工配置太少，酒店更像是三星级，而不是四星级。
尽管如此，这里会是一个不错的婚礼场地，因为它坐落在优美的环境中——也许现在他们更侧重于接待这类客人了。
通用汽车对顾客的尊重太差了
最近几次我去的时候，他们允许非电动汽车停放在公共充电桩上。
我和总经理谈过，但他对此漠不关心，还把责任推到业主身上。
我指出，这些是公共充电桩，他根本不知道。
我问他们能不能监控一下，然后要求顾客换个地方，他说不行，但我会写信给业主，表达我的意见。🤔顺便说一句，其他员工都非常好！！！
这家高档酒店更像是一栋大房子改建的酒店，设施和设施都不值这个价。住宿体验很差，因为没有电梯，不得不把所有行李搬上楼梯，差点把我的背压断。房间里没有冰箱，浴室没有淋浴把手，也没有浴帘。洗完澡后，浴室感觉像个游泳池，因为没有合适的浴帘，狭窄的浴缸里的水洒满了浴室的地板。房间钥匙也时好时坏，换了好几次都没用。没有空调，天气这么热，也没有风扇，总之很失望。
位置优越，酒店环境优美，停车方便，房间也很棒。酒店整体清洁度也很好。但这次入住体验完全被毁了，浴缸塞子坏了，电视信号也差到根本看不清。我向前台投诉，她说我出去的时候会有人来查看问题。几个小时后我回到房间，发现没有任何变化，所以我不知道到底有没有人在处理这些问题。离开时，我向前台投诉，要求经理给我打电话，但六个小时后我仍然在等电话。房间宣传说有浴缸和电视，我付了钱，但很遗憾，我什么都没用——简直不够好！
这是一个可爱的住宿场所。尽管一些工作人员非常友好和热情，但我觉得有些人对待我有点不便。另外，半夜有人在房间之间奔跑，发出很大的噪音。我在结账时向工作人员提到了这一点，他们似乎并不介意，也没有道歉。
