We were at Nasik for purchasing for sons marriage. It was too late, almost 11 pm and we were worried but Rama Heritage was there & we get the good food. Really thanks to the hotel staff. Too good people there

The stay was awesome Room were clean and spacious The balcony was also spacious.. Staff is very supportive and helpful Outside parcels are also allowed in the hotel so great service And food is also great....we've tried fried rice with veg stew and it was the best. Overall very grateful time spent

It's near to bustard, location wise good , Near to Maa kali temple so religion wise good ,food quality also good . Staff and service good .

Thank you, Cave County, for the unforgettable memories and peaceful vibe. The location and experience were great, especially at such an affordable cost. However, we were a bit disappointed by the low maintenance of the swimming pool, absence of chilled beers, and no sound system near the pool area. A little improvement in these areas — ***** with better manpower support — can truly elevate the experience. Looking forward to seeing the upgrades next time!

Service was poor, Wifi Not working, Cockroach around the room, No hot water even at 7:30AM. Not suitable for Business Stay since they denied guest for business meeting

Location is Good but infrastructure needs to be upgraded as intercom was not functioning, door lock was very poor, Wash rooms need to be upgraded...
Checkin was delayed due to software problem and made me wait for 20 mins. inspite of requests....Not very cordial reception...
In restaurent, Captains body language to enquire was as if we were not going to pay...no clarity or communication with front desk with them

Had taken Deluxe room. Needs renovation. Rooms are big but overall the entire hotel requires renovation.
Location in best, breakfast spread was good and enough. The room rent can be less if they do not wish to renovate. There are many other hotels to stay. Staff was cooperative and helpful. Before khumb they should do the renovation.
