Great location and overall resort ambiance, but the property is in urgent need of maintenance. Several issues were noticed: rusted bathroom faucets, old and stained shower curtains, broken toilet seat, non-cooling AC, and a slanting TV. The two rooms separated by a door offered little sound insulation — conversations, laughter, and music from neighboring guests were easily audible. Bedding and quilts appeared dull and worn, and the rooms lacked proper air fresheners. Immediate repairs and updates are recommended to improve the stay experience.

Location is excellent, it is right on the beach. Property is well maintained and rooms were clean. I will give full marks to staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Food was good as well. Its a good place for families as well as couples who are looking for quite holiday by the beach

I have been to this place year on year, the experience with the staff is so pleasant , I have a kid and they have been always forthcoming in taking care of all our requirements. The staff is tenured , they remember us from every visit and will always be ready for all expectations

A lovely hotel set round a pleasant courtyard with palm trees. The hotel has a gate which leads onto the long sandy beach. You can was off your feet in the helpfully placed showers on the way back. The staff are very helpful. Also the food is good and comparably priced with other places in Murud.
