There's a lot of so called hotel in this city, and I think I must-have picked one of the worse ones here. Do yourself a favour and skip this one. I think in many city's in the world, this place would be shut down due to so many poor standards. If you get offered any room from 401 to 406, refuse it. Thestaffcongreate on the stairway by the lift and play with their phones and chat, and I mean all day. It is one of the noisiest run-down places I have ever stayed in. Breakfast...what a joke. Don't ever bother going to the restaurant. The entire room is disgusting. Food all over chairs tables and the floor, and that was at 07.30. Very poor choice of no Indian food, I couldn't eat the omelet they served me, it was really very poor. The tables are literally falling apart so God knows what bugs and germs are living in the torn Vinyl table top. I am so dissatisfied with place, I almost checked out the next morning, but I doubt any of the other hotels would be any better. Wifi is supposed to be available in the room, and it sort of is. My macbook would not even connect, the signal is so weak. My phone did manage to connect, but I could actually do anything internet related. I had to sit in the reception area to get a connection. A look around the town is enough to convince me not to come back here, and there is no way I could recommend this hotel, or this town to anyone thinking of coming here.

The best part of the hotel is it's location near the sea shore with clear view of the monuments from the ocean facing rooms. After that things go south pretty quickly. Upon check in we found that our bed had used sheets from the previous occupancy. The management was quick to change the sheets. The hot water in the shower is a miss. It does not come on and we had to call help desk twice to fix it. Still once fixed the shower head did not have enough pressure to work and we had to collect hot water in a bucket to take shower. The room internet seldom works. Usually the connection is without internet or when working pathetically slow. We had to go near the reception area to get a connection. The dining is an experience in itself. The ordered food gets delivered in piece meals. The dishes get delivered with no plates or silverware on the table and the servers need to be reminded constantly on what is missing. The dining room tables are chipped all over, the room windowsills are dirty and windows are full of dust.

We came here on 31 Aug 25 after booking online. Our reception was smooth and we were upgraded to a Superior room once the staff learnt that I was ex Army. Comfortable rooms with an excellent 180 degree view of the ocean and the Vivekananda Rock Memorial. From our room we got the best ever view of the sunrise. The food at the restaurant in the top floor is good. The staff is courteous and helpful. Gr8 stay

Very close to ferry and temple- has a good car parking - buffet included has variety - walkable to sea shore with sandy beach Best part is rooms have view of all three seas and you can watch sun rise sun set from your room Rooms are good for a three star hotel with good bathroom

1. Lift were not working, lifts buttons were broken. 2. Breakfast counter they are not maintaining any hygiene. Dirty pastic plates were provided for breakfast Butter kept open for long time Toaster machine was not working properly Tea/ coffee was surved cold 3.Rooms were ok, but there was sticking smell in room. Towels were dirty. 4. Wifi speed was very poor Only one good thing is hotel staff was polite. Other than this there is nothing good about this hotel. It wasn't worth the stay. Disappointed

Good hotel to stay with family. Booked a sea view room. For the price I paid 6K I was given room 201, which is on the same floor as reception which is not the best view you get. Also from bathroom you can hear people from reception. Lights are very gloomy in bathroom. Disappointed with that. Call them and tell them to hold a high floor room. 2 mins walk to beach. Staff are very generous.

Good Breakfast, Good Roof top Restaurant, Great Service, Beautiful view of Glass Bridge and Vivekananda Rock from all the 3 rooms booked.

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with stunning views of the rock and glass bridge that left us breathless. The beds were plush and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was well-appointed, with great toiletries that added a nice touch.

One area for improvement would be the TV channel selection - our kids were disappointed to find only Tamil-language cartoons, and we wished there were more language options available.

While the restaurant had a limited menu, the quality of the food was good. It would be great if they could offer more options or even provide on-demand service, where they take orders and serve accordingly.

On the plus side, the hotel's location was excellent, with all amenities nearby. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. With a few tweaks to the TV channels and restaurant service, it could truly excel!"
