I recently stayed at Namah Resort, Jim Corbett and had a mixed experience overall. The property is very big, beautiful, and well maintained. The natural surroundings add to a peaceful atmosphere. The Kosi river aarti was truly amazing and one of the highlights of our stay. The spa was very relaxing, and both the restaurant and spa services were good and professional. The food was also good and enjoyable. However, the rooms were not up to 5-star standards. The bathrooms especially did not match the quality expected from a luxury resort. Housekeeping service was poor, and room service was also disappointing. These areas need significant improvement. Another concern was the “evening tea” mentioned as an attraction. It only included tea and biscuits. There was a Maggi stall available, but it was chargeable. If additional items are paid separately, it should not be highlighted as a special attraction. Overall, the property and ambiance are very good, but the room quality and housekeeping services need improvement to truly justify a 5-star experience. Overall Rating: 3/5

We stayed at Namah Resort Jim Corbett for 2 days with family. The property is beautiful, spacious, and offers stunning views of the Kosi River. Our Premium Resort View room was large, comfortable, and had a lovely vibe.
The overall ambiance of the resort is peaceful, and the buggy service makes it easy to move around and explore the property — a big plus for families.
However, the breakfast buffet could be improved, as the variety was quite limited for a resort of this category. During tea time, pakodas were served on charge, which was a bit disappointing.
All in all, it was a decent stay — relaxing and scenic — but the overall service and food variety didn’t quite meet expectations for a Radisson-affiliated property. With a few improvements, this place could truly live up to its beautiful setting. 🌸
