Spent 3 nights and 4 days at this resort last weekend. Really loved the lush greenery with well-manicured trees—mostly Ficus and mango trees, spread across the property. In fact, I had some issue with my booking, but thanks to the Front Desk—especially Mr. Girish—and the management for resolving it smoothly. The staff across all departments was courteous and helpful. This resort is part of Radisson Individuals, which, as I understand, means - it is not directly operated by Radisson. For EV owners: the resort doesn’t have a DC fast charger, but they do allow to plug-in AC charger to 16 Amp socket on a chargeable basis.

The property is huge with ample space and activities for kids and adults alike. The property is itself quite old but the way it is maintained is worth applauding. The rooms, lobby and other common areas are very clean and furnishings are neat and appeal to the eye. The best part is the food, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menu is expansive and delicious. Hospitality is top notch. Accessibility is just right. Would definitely recommend for solo/family travellers!
