The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband forgot his Lysol at home. [Nothing against the Days Inn, a must for him] The staff went out and got him a spray can. He was immensely pleased. This location was great for all the attractions we attended and close to where we chose to eat.

The room was absolutely filthy. Hair in the bathtub. Several stains on the comforter. Half the lamps were broken or unplugged. It is an extended stay motel. No breakfast. Honestly not worth staying at even for 50 bucks. Just pay the few extra bucks to get a more comfortable stay somewhere else.

Clean room, friendly staff, ground floor room at a great rate. In room refrigerator and microwave with a table and chair to work at or eat. Lots of hot water in the morning and a continental breakfast. I have stayed there many times and my experience is always the same.

Nice and quiet motel with reasonable rates; breakfast was light with juice and coffee and other small items; room was clean and quiet; Internet was slow at times, parking was secure and the room was adequate for my stay. House-keeping service was also good at cleaning room and replacing towels and other items. No problems. I had NO problems and plan to stay here again in future visits.

Got an extremely reasonable nightly rate, my room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and all staff with whom I came in contact were cordial and helpful. Continental breakfast was more than adequate--included coffee, juice (Sunny D), various individually packaged pastries --one day there were Twinkies (YUM!), granola bars and fruit. One day an employee gave me a container of yogurt, but I didn't see that on the breakfast table. Will definitely stay here again if a comparable nightly rate is offered!!

Older well maintained hotel located 2 miles from the outlet mall. Very quiet area with Red Lobster and Golden Corral within reasonable walking distance. Nothing special about rooms, clean with the exception of a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door.

The room was clean and smelled good. Definitely a bargain for newly remodeled room with no signs of infestations. Had no problem with getting fresh towels each day and nothing was messed with when housekeeping came while we were out. Would definitely recommend.

We paid for a room and was told staff had to clean the rooms so it would be a few more hours until we could get our key. Thankfully, we got a receipt. After a long day at Silver Dollar City, we arrived at the hotel, went into the office to get our key, and was told there had been a mistake and they had not saved us a room. The man at the counter and his dad (owners?) discussed the dilemma in a non-English language. We didn't know what they were saying, but he came back and gave us a key for a room on the back side of the building. We we were so tired after a long day, so we just grabbed the key and wanted sleep. Omg. The room stunk so badly. I don't even know what the smell was. But the whole room looked and felt creepy. So many other places we called earlier in the day had no more vacancies or we would have left right then. I have never stayed in such a rat hole. After we got home the next day, I discovered I had been bitten with bed bugs!! I am soooo disgusted with this hotel. It was just gross. I would have been better off sleeping in our truck. Lesson learned!! Do not stay at this place!

Looked recently remodeled and updated, decently done. I was willing to overlook a few things without complaining, such as: Low pressure in the sink No soap by the sink; AC off when we arrived on a hot July afternoon; Cowling hanging off of the AC unit; Smoke alarm hanging from a wire on the wall; "Breakfast room" was four former guest room with the walls knocked; Nothing but a few slices of bread with a toaster and dry cereal with milk offered for breakfast. But when I left to go get breakfast from McDonald's and bring back, the manager knocked on the door but didn't announce himself (still no idea why). My girlfriend thought I had forgotten my room key, so she started to go open it, still in pajamas. Before she could even get there, he opened the door and barged in, scaring her to death! This was the SECOND TIME this had happened, once at a previous motel on an earlier trip to Branson, only she hadn't been dressed that time! Just because the car is gone doesn't mean the guest has checked out! At least wait until 11:00 before even attempting to go in, and ALWAYS announce yourself and then WAIT!! Yes, I complained to ******* and the front desk, yes they refunded our stay. But I'd still recommend against staying here until it changes ownership.
