1️⃣ The location is terrible – it’s up in the mountains with winding roads, and nearly impossible to reach without a car.
2️⃣ We were denied check-in. Although we arrived at 1 AM and the hotel policy states check-in should be before 11 PM (which we understand), a local couple arrived and checked in at the same time without any issue. The staff treated them kindly and even escorted them to their room, while we were left outside.
3️⃣ The staff were extremely rude to us. They didn’t answer the phone, didn’t understand English, and kept yelling at us to leave. It was pouring rain, and they still made us stand outside in the storm while negotiating. When we said we wanted to cancel the reservation, they suddenly changed their attitude and rushed us inside, saying “fine, fine, go check in.”
This treatment was discriminatory, unprofessional, and inhumane – definitely not what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel.
房间性价比很高，店员也很nice，后来又续住了几晚，不错不错👍
家庭出行的选择，性价比高。早餐中规中矩，服务热情周到细致。孩子们喜欢，大人也喜欢。下次还会选择。离市区较远，推荐自驾游的朋友。
这家酒店的体验糟糕透了！！！

2️⃣ 酒店拒绝我们入住。我们是在凌晨1点到达的，虽然规定入住时间是晚上11点之前，我们也理解这一点，但和我们一起到的一对本地情侣却顺利入住了，工作人员对他们态度非常好，还亲自带他们去房间。
3️⃣ 工作人员对我们态度极其恶劣。他们不接电话，也听不懂英文，不断地凶我们、赶我们走，还在我们面前骂骂咧咧。当时还下着大暴雨，他们让我们站在雨里和他们协商。可一听到我们要取消订单，又立刻改变口气，说“行行行快点进去入住”，像是赶牲口一样。
这样的待遇令人震惊，既不专业也毫无人性，完全不像一家四星级酒店该有的服务。

我们在这里度过了一个周末，非常喜欢。酒店离市中心很近，步行即可到达。附近可以进行很棒的山间徒步。早餐种类非常丰富。公寓设施齐全，而且非常干净。
度假村非常漂亮且干净。有室外泳池和水疗中心。自助早餐有甜点和咸食，还有酒吧服务。步行10分钟就能找到一家非常地道且品质超高的餐厅，适合享用晚餐。
这家度假村环境不错，坐落在托斯卡纳美丽的田园风光之中，而且拥有自己独立的游泳池，早餐很丰盛。因为离市中心较远，适合自驾的朋友。
饭店在山丘上，有地下停车场，早餐丰盛吃得饱，没有电梯所以行李需要扛到房间去。入住时的男服务柜台人很幽默也很好！
我很少写评论，因为我比较挑剔。但这家酒店真的值得推荐！非常棒的酒店。设施齐全的水疗中心，有热水池，员工热情友好。床和枕头舒适干净。浴室也很干净。酒店附近有个小火车站，提供免费停车位，20分钟就能坐火车到佛罗伦萨。或者你也可以开车去费鲁奇广场。早餐超级丰盛。看得出来他们有很多家酒店，除了专业之外，他们也很有人情味。如果你需要什么建议，他们总能给出完美的建议。如果你有特殊需求，别犹豫，尽管问他们能不能照顾到你！对我来说，这家酒店在地理位置、清洁度和热情服务方面都是最好的。他们有很多家这样的酒店！设施齐全，甚至对儿童和家庭也很友好。以后我们来佛罗伦萨就认准这家了！
在这家拥有康体中心的度假村，以轻松惬意的方式开启新的一年。清晨醒来，即可欣赏托斯卡纳山丘的美景。入住体验非常愉快，工作人员也热情周到！酒店干净整洁。
这家酒店绝对配不上四星，更像两星。抵达后，不起眼的前台空无一人，我等了20分钟。酒店和房间看起来非常陈旧凌乱。早餐也很一般，桌子都没收拾。服务人员对意大利客人非常热情。我非常失望。在意大利一定要预订五星级酒店吗？
