The bathroom cleanliness in one of the rooms was disgusting. I wasn’t comfortable walking barefoot or showering.

This property was filty on the outside and smelled like urine. The room smelled like a smokers room. Front desk staff was great. We left the same night. Horrible experience for the room! It has been 7 days, still waiting on refund from *******. I got it processed at the front desk! ******* stated they called and got no answer, I called twice and got the front desk both times while speaking to *******. ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR, NO CALL, YET I GOT AN EMAIL STATING THEY CALLED. I HAD BOTH MY CELL AND LANDLINE WERE BOTH NEXT TO ME FIR MORE THAN 4 HRS!

酒店回复: The refund is done on the motel's end. The third party site is the one who has your money and still needs to refund you. This has happened a handful of times before, when the guest does a prepay reservation. We'll refund the virtual card on file that the third party site provides the motel with, but the third party site still needs to refund the guest's credit card. In the past, we've also had the third party site claim to call the motel several times when we don't receive any calls. I understand your frustration.

This establishment had only 1 drawback. There are some semi permanent residents who are eccessively loud into the wee hours of the morning making decent sleep impossible. The front desk attempted to locate the noise and was unsuccessful. We had to delay getting on the road due to excessive sleepiness. The place is a little quieter in the daytime. We will be leaving later today after having gotten sleep so it is safer to drive the remaing 2500 miles.

My stay was shortened due to deplorable conditions. The only positive, was the hotel late night attendant was pleasant and responsive. The manager and attendant worked together early the next morning to credit me for the second night of my planned two night stay since my first night experience was so miserable. Conditions are poor, worst property I have ever stayed.

The room had little roaches, on nightstands & the bed as well, I honestly had to sleep in my car.

The place isn’t the best place but offers weekly rate. I stayed there and was told that in case I had to leave the rest of my stay would be refunded which it wasn’t! I was just told to call them back since I informed them that it wasn’t refunded but they just gave me the run around for my money! Another hotel that takes advantage of travelers who are too tired and looking for a place to stay. This one is another that likes to take your money and not keep there word!

Stayed here two days even switched rooms no hot water for showers this like being in jail
