Very .much damage to shower area. No full breakfast. Person on duty says 'everybody knows there is no breakfasts ". Coffee maker "broke". I wanted a voucher for breakfast. Person on duty said talk to the manager. And he walked away. No help. The bathroom door was "kicked in" before we arrived and punched with a fist it looked like. I explained it to person on duty so we would not get charged for damaged. Also there was a hole in the wall where the door knob was striking. I told the person on duty also.

I booked a room for 2 nights through *******. We weren't arriving until later that night (around 10:30 PM) and so I called during the drive to let the hotel know. Over the phone, he told me he had no record of my booking or reservation at all. I asked him what I should do, and he told me to come on and not to worry... that they had plenty of rooms and that he would figure it out when we got there. WELL... when we got there, the guy at the hotel said AGAIN that he had no record of my reservation and told me that I had to call ******* and work it out with them myself. It took me about 30 minutes to figure out how to get in touch with an actual ******* customer support person. The ******* chat support lady said she would call the hotel and talk to him. I could hear him talking on the phone to her. After he hung up, he told me that ******* HAD CANCELLED MY BOOKING & THAT THEY WOULD BE REFUNDING ME, at which point I proceeded to pay him for the 2 nights at a SIGNIFICANTL HIGHER RATE than what I had ALREADY PAID FOR through *******. 3 days later, I have not been refunded by *******, and the site/app shows the booking as complete. I'm not sure who is at faut here, but I'm not very happy. I've been in contact with ******* support for the past hour, and I was told that they could not even get in contact with the hotel at all, and that I should check my email for an update within 72 HOURS. This is ridiculous. Don't book this hotel and probably don't use ******* either.

No ash trays in smoking room. I booked a long size bed and was given a double bed. Rooms smelled bad. No travel soaps no wash rags

Know the LAWS
The manager tried to charge my son 100 cleaning fee; even tho we paid with a card. When I called to complain he stated he was the manager and could do whatever he wanted.

Cheapest in town. Should cost less
One bed wasn't made. Blood on a pillow case. Soap was open from wrapper and used. Used towel on a table. Staff is not friendly, rooms should be cheaper.

Cigarette burns in linens and the linens and towels all looked dirty the room smelled and bathtub was disgusting

Expedia’s ad said Full breakfast included. They serve NO breakfast. The room was in terrible condition and we begged ******* for a refund but they wouldn’t give it; claimed front desk refused it. We decided we’re not staying there even if we don’t get a refund. So we went to tell front desk. He immediately offered us another room and if that wasn’t good enough, he’d give us a full refund. We lost our confidence in *******.

Mold on the table lamp and unusable freezer. Neighbor has trash cans strewn in front of the unit.no pictures on the walls. At least the WiFi works and the bed seems clean.

No lampshade on lamp, picture on the floor, sheets towels dirty and stained, tub was not "updated", the chair was falling apart and almost dumped my roommate out of it and was ripped. Let desk person know upon check out. Not even an apology.
