Rooms are clean but the steps, corridors, other premises are worst.
The food is good.the staff also good.

Boshan Hotels is in a great location, just a short walk from Mapusa Market. The reception staff were friendly and helpful — when the AC in my room wasn't working, they quickly assisted me with a room change. While the exterior of the hotel looks a bit old, the interiors are well-maintained and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I need to speak to a customer care executive. We have mistakenly booked for 18-23 feb when we actually need for 18-23 march. Hence there was no show. Kindly suggest what we need to do.

So the hotel was nice, the rooms are okay, mostly clean. Staff is pretty chill, but the overall experience is like an average hotel from the 2000s.

Hotel was nice the rooms were clean everything that you’ll need was available in place. Their Restaurant was good too.

Bathroom not spacious and rooms are not cross ventilated. Property is situated outside. Phone service is not proper working.
