The staff were very friendly. The furniture in the room looked a little rough. The main issue is that the entire place - from lobby to thr room - smelled terrible.

Whoever is in charge needs to update the rooms. The carpet was dirty and dingy with multiple black spots where something sticky was probably stuck. The counter in the entry to the bathroom was stained. The bedside lamp doesn’t work. The drawer in the nightstand was dirty and stained. There wasn’t a full length mirror. The best thing about the room was how clean the bed was and the swivel TV. The hotel itself didn’t smell the best. It smelled good walking in but once in the lobby it smelled unpleasant. I can appreciate that there were air fresheners in the hall way by our room so it didn’t smell disgusting every time we walked out our door.

The room was smelly and I checked in at 1:00 am. Thus I opened the window so as to breath but it was very cold.
The lady behind the desk at night and morning was extremely nice and sweet and offered to change the room but I was too tired. She really was very nice tho and made the whole experience good.

Checked in about 11pm. The checkin guy barely spoke at all. I don't know if he knew English. He gave me my room key and mentioned nothing about breakfast that was supposed to be included. Upon getting to my room the door was wedged in the door jam and wouldn't open. I went back to the office where he tried to give me another key. I explained it was the door or someone locked it from the inside. He came to the room and basically broke the door in with his shoulder. So loud the neighbors came outside. Never offering another room. The room was old and smelled like some one spilled an entire can of coffee grounds in there. There was thumbtacks in the walls and the phone kept beeping. The bathroom fixtures were all rusted and they gave us just one tiny bar of soap. Fed up we unplugged the phone and went to sleep...got up in the morning and left. Never to return here again. Oh and by the way this was all at the bargain price of over $200 a night and was supposed to be the upgraded suites. I never give bad reviews but avoid this place at all costs!!

No actual food was offered for breakfast besides packaged old stale muffins and coffee. Beds were hard as a rock. Would’ve felt better on the floor. Unable to get fresh towels unless you take them your dirty towels and wait for them to be washed. Zero dishes for the kitchenette. Just overall poorly managed hotel

Cockroaches coming out of the bathtub, dirty and rip carpets , elevator with trash and dirty . I was so tired after driving 500 miles at 9:40 pm .. I didn’t care just want it a shower and a bed .. with my eyes open all nigh.. waiting for a cockroach attack.. I got videos
