I had to check out the very next morning, only because by 10pm, there’s no front desk staff available. My room had roaches upon roaches. The hallways/rooms smells like cigarette smoke and cat litter. The shower rod was rigged and plastered on and one of the roaches greeted my kids and I on the actual bed, crawling down as we just arrived. I couldn’t even finish eating my dinner, I threw the rest away. I booked another hotel the same night to check into the very next day because we were all uncomfortable and disgusted. I’m trying to get my refund as I type this, the front desk agent was nice about giving me one but management needs to approve it. Let’s see how we far.

German cockroaches i killed 5 all in the kitchen. It looks good in the lobby but I've had to get 3 new keys and the Roaches are not for me
