Stay at this hotel is nice staff abhishek roy from f&b is very curteous with that entire team of this hotel is nice . Akriti from the reception she helped with fast check in and komal hedlped us with check out

I have been staying at Le Lac Sarovar Portico, Ranchi since 2020. It is always my first choice, and I only stay elsewhere out of compulsion if rooms are unavailable. The staff service and food quality are exceptional as always.I recently checked in on February 27, 2026. However, the property is now approximately 15 years old, and the rooms specifically need an urgent update. The room interiors feel outdated, the charging sockets are old/loose, the AC cooling is weak, and the bathroom shower needs repair. Suggestion to Management: While your hospitality is 5-star, the rooms require renovation to stay modern and functional. Upgrading the interiors and fixing technical issues (AC, Sockets, Plumbing) is necessary to maintain the standards. Great service, but the rooms need a refresh
