Hard to get extra towels. Key only worked half the time and had to ask lobby staff multiple times to let us in. One key didn’t work the whole stay. No breakfast offered. Don’t know that I would recommend this place. If I had found anything available in my budget I would have left after the first night instead of 4

Upon arrival, the pervasive, unpleasant odor of stale cigarette smoke and an underlying smell of onions was immediately noticeable and made for a very unwelcoming start to my stay. The room's poor lighting did nothing to improve the atmosphere and made the space feel dim and unwelcoming. The poor lighting also obscured the room's general lack of cleanliness.

Book a room then they called me and said they were tired of ******* selling their rooms that cheap and refuse to give us a place to stay

The room was a little messy from the last tenant, and smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, but when I brought this up to the staff, they quickly cleaned it up and I had no issues.
