Doors to bathroom were dirty, not hot water in shower just warm. Coffee maker was making coffee that tasted like chlorine. I tried running just water through it 3times. Stink bugs in both rooms. Smelled bad.
Will not stay again.

They need to close down and remodel or tear it down. It has bad ambience. Huge hotel that feels old and cevernous.The room was decent and safe. Ok for a place to stay if you find it is all you can afford.

Everyone was friendly, easy check in, had some renovations going on but didn’t interfere with stay. Nice open lobby. We just had drinks in the restaurant but they were all super friendly.

Despite the renovations , it was very comfortable and clean.

The hotel was under construction, yet it was still open for business. The hotel was in decent shape, but not what you would call clean and presentable. The pool was out of order, and the breakfast was terrible. The only saving grace was the restaurant on site (Chapala Grill).

Nice place, fairly clean, friendly staff. They could use to put a trash can in the bathroom, and the water pressure is weak. (Laugh if you want to, but that will always cost a hotel points in my book)
