Nice hotel room was clean nice pool area, the only problem I had was with the tv couldn't get alot of channels

It was in a convenient location. Room easy to get to.
WiFi didn’t work. They told us we could move but had already settled in our room. Hot tub not working. Pool open but not heated. No ice bucket. Was handed a plastic bag. Ice machine was not working but found a working one on another floor. No working washer and dryer.

Quality Inn
I specifically booked this hotel for the pool. When checking it they had a sign up saying both the pool and the hot pool was closed. When I told them the pool was the whole reason I booked with them they offered to cancel my book so I wouldn’t be charged. They also gave recommendations to another hotel with a pool. We decided to stay anyway. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They also had a decent breakfast. I would stay there again.

Nasty hotel
Dirty floors, cigarette smoke filled room, shower floor towel was still sopping wet, comforters had cigarette burns in them, blood stain on sheet, shower ran out of hot water in less than two minutes. TV worked GREAT overall rating less than one star

The most uncleaned room ive ever stayed in. A plastic shower curtain with a used wash rag in the bathroom, terrible smell, curtains stained from possibly a water leak but more likely smoking. Im not able to upload the pics unfortunately

Supposedly a non smoking room........room stunk like old cigarettes and vape. Why is there a coffee maker when you are offered no cups?? This is an outside room, the door is in poor repair and has to be forcibly slammed when exiting. When you slam the door it sounds like the front window is going to fall out.The toilet tips over when you attempt to use it.........Do I dare flush this thing??They offer free breakfast.......No thanks,I'll pass.
