酒店回复: we are always disappointed when we are informed that our guest are not satisfied with their stay, its a shame nothing was mentioned at all to the management or staff about your issue during your stay, because at least we would have had a opportunity to correct or accomodate you better to insure your satisfaction, we finally located your reservation and noticed it was from back in october 2023, nearly 4 months ago and you are just now submitting this review? this is the first we have heard about your issues concerning your stay, had you addressed your concerns at the time of your stay, we would have happily corrected the issues or issued a refund, because we work very hard everyday trying to improve our business and to make sure our customers are satisfied, as always thank you for your negative outdated feedback and i hope you have a super awesome day!!
酒店回复: Crystal,First of all I want to thank you for staying with us. For your information we have all rooms recently renovated in 2022. I would like to get a date that you stayed with us. I looked for your reservation on 10th July and nothing shows up under your name. I need to know the reservation date and the room that you stayed in. We will upload pictures of rooms that you stayed in and let the public decide. Thanks

This was a terrible experience all around for us. The hotel room smelled of cigarettes the second we walked in and the light was broken and hanging halfway off the wall. Further inspection and we saw stains on the mattress, ripped up flooring, a missing hairdryer from the wall along with a towel rack that was missing from the wall? Everything was dirty and gross. We were very disappointed after a long day we just wanted to sleep but we could not stay here after everything we saw there. ******* wasn't helpful with helping us get a refund and the owners that called our hotel room before we left were also not very helpful or concerned about what we experienced. We will never be back there but we do hope they they work on fixing the things we experienced.

I have photos of the room and the Bedding The Dirty Drowns.We couldn’t put our belongings in there Mattress worn out. This Hotel needs a lot of Repairs and definitely needs Housekeeping.

Room was gross. Had to buy my own towels and blankets to use. Left over soap in the shower. Dirty toilet and no trash can anywhere.
Upon check in. Nobody was at the desk. Called the number posted on the door and he was over at the next block. I am not fond of this new employee... please bring the older gal back.

This is isn’t an ideal place . The toilet doesn’t even flush no water in the tank
