Beautiful location with a mesmerising view of the Kodai lake. If you want to relax and enjoy your vacation this is the place. The hospitality is wonderful. Stayed at the Carlton for 3 nights, its the best experience in Kodaikanal, you get the best hospitality from staff (Anand), loved the service. You get the best view of the kodai lake from your room. The spacious lawn and amenities are top notch.

Had a wonderful 3 day stay at Carlton, people are warm and the hospitality is amazing, the staff took good care of us and of all our needs. Specially enjoyed the activities in the evening hosted by Mr Anand, playing housie and watching a magic show by the bon fire was the highlight of our stay here! The rooms are spacious, not to mention the lake view! Spectacular scenery, very calming and pleasant. Would love to visit again.

房间很棒，景色宁静，服务也很好，尤其是餐厅/早餐厅的工作人员。不过，无线网络不太稳定，可能是因为海拔高信号不好。更让我失望的是，退房前一天我的无线网络竟然被停用了。
这家酒店简直是贼窝！1月1日晚上，我们一行六对夫妇入住卡尔顿科代卡纳尔酒店（Carlton Kodaikanal），住了两晚。酒店员工竟然打开我们的行李，把东西拿走。当时我们还在酒店里。我们去酒店附近的集市逛了逛，后来在大堂玩了些游戏，比如飞行棋之类的。回房间后发现，我们六个房间里有两个房间的女士钱包和包里的钱被偷了。虽然没偷走全部的钱，但也从我们总共的钱里偷走了几千块。一家顶级酒店竟然对客人毫无安保，员工里还有小偷，这真是太令人震惊了。我们建议大家不要入住这家酒店。员工也完全不配合。我想把这件事告诉酒店的老板“Rahejas”。我之前也住过你们在浦那的康莱德酒店（Conrad），而且多年来一直入住泰姬酒店集团（Taj）和欧贝罗伊酒店集团（Oberois）旗下的所有五星级酒店。没想到这种事也会发生在这样的高档住宅区。
我在这家酒店的经历非常糟糕。我于2026年1月1日至3月1日入住，期间存放在三个不同房间的包里共计9万卢比现金被盗。这显然是酒店内部安保或员工方面的问题。尽管我立即通知了酒店管理层，但他们没有做出令人满意的回应，没有承担任何责任，也没有提供任何有效的调查支持。酒店理应为客人提供基本的安全保障，而这家酒店完全没有做到这一点。如果您重视自身安全和财物，我强烈建议您不要入住这家酒店。
卡尔顿酒店是一片宁静与放松的绿洲。食物很美味，房间宽敞而温馨，房间的景色也很棒。 我无法要求更好的住宿体验了。 餐厅也很好。工作人员很乐于助人，非常善于满足每一个要求和愿望
