Older place clean but basic. Frustratingly all electrics including fridge freezer off and we had food that had been in the car we needed to get in the freezer. Bed hard but ok. Bin lid broken. Small annoying things that could be fixed

It’s not 5 star of course but it is spotlessly clean. We were given unit 10 and the owner when showing us to our motel was pleased as punch to Tyrell us that new carpet and Lino had been laid this morning and we were the first to use and complete with new carpet smell. Shower pressure is good which was a surprise as it is a star mix. TV was a great size and comes with Netflix and full surfing ability. In short I would say, Room was spotlessly clean. Recently refurbished. Good comfortable bed. Good parking. Very good value for money and very helpful and friendly hosts. What more could you ask for!

On the plus side, the bed and the sofa were comfortable, the heating was effective and the welcome was warm. On the down side, there was just a trickle of water in the bathroom basin with no hot water and there was hot water in the shower but too little water overall. There was, oddly, nowhere to put clothes at all. In the kitchen, the oven was dirty and no washing up liquid was supplied - a luxury we had got used to at other motels. The motel is okay for a one night stay.

What a wonderful surprise to find this motel after an amazing drive through The Forgotten Highway! We had meant to keep driving through to Lake Taupo, but found it was getting too dark and nowhere to stay until Taupo, so we decided to stop at Tauranuni and stumbled across this wonderful hideaway…great friendly and helpful service, very clean and comfortable room, with full facilities including a kitchenette, microwave, etc, fully stocked cupboards with utensils, smart TV with Netflix included, aircon, hot shower…very happy customers, deserves a 5 star rating 😉👌

Very friendly staff. We were running late and rang to let them know we would only be checking in at 11pm. That was no problem for them, they had the room warmed up for us with lights on when we arrives. Clean comfortable bed rooms with kitchenette and shower. Great for short stays. Will stay at Kelly's again for our next visit.

从一开始我就说我们最终没有留下来。我们到达后，查看了我们预订的别墅。里面又黑又旧，而且没有暖气！主人非常热情。当被问及暖气时，他提供了一个便携式加热器。电视卫星意味着 Netflix 和 YouTube。一切都很肮脏。他提供了另一个单位，但没有一个适合，所以他把钱退给了我们，这对他来说是很体面的，然后我们就踏上了回家的路。
