Very bad stay. Receptionist never present to the reception. Very basic amenities missing like dental kit. Poor breakfast.

I recently visited at this property with my family, and unfortunately, our experience at check-in was disappointing. We had booked two rooms, but upon arrival, we were informed that only one room was ready. The second room was not available because there was an engagement party going on, and guests from that event were using the room that was supposed to be assigned to us.
This was quite frustrating, especially since we had made our reservation in advance and expected both rooms to be ready upon our arrival. We had to wait for some time without any clear timeline, and there was no proper communication or apology for the inconvenience caused.

terrible stay, check in a little late, no AC in the room, no electricity in the morning, but good food

Actually room service is not up to the mark....My sleepers were missing when I came back to hotel in the evening.....

Lights were too dim, chandler light not working,, kettle not clean... the glasses not clean.. manager did not gave good room. Bar service was good.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff is super helpful. Big thanks to Ashok Sharma, Moti, Vimal and Ajay for making our stay comfortable. Looking forward to come back again
