I had a relaxing stay there and the staff was very pleasant and helpful as well. It wasn't like an upscale stay but for the price it was great and spacious

The room was not good. Air conditioner had what appeared to be mold in the vents. The cover of the ac unit was falling off. The heater didn’t work. The room was extremely chilled from the ac when we arrived and we chose to try and turn heat on to remove chill to be able to bathe without freezing. There was a smell in the room( possibly from mold) which caused my husband to cough. We ended up at Walmart getting cough syrup to stop his cough and help him sleep. We tried everything before we requested another room. There were no more rooms, we were offered a blanket. We were also offered a refund which would have probably taken time to post back to card and we did not have the money to come out of pocket for another hotel. There was also no smoke detector in the room. You could see the piece of it still on the ceiling. You could see where the ac unit was repaired with boards underneath to hold it up.

The rooms can be updated but they are always very clean and comfortable. Very good hot water in the bath. Friendly staff.

I arrived around 7:30 PM. Check-in was a bit delayed due to a system issue, but it was quickly resolved. The room was clean, but it looked gloomy. The toilet bowl made a constant splashing sound, and the power outlet was too far from the bed, making it difficult to charge my phone.

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds was a bit uncomfortable but i will stay again. I liked their attitude. Very nice and again the room was really clean and fresh.
