The staff was kind but you could only speak with them through the small night window no matter what time we went to speak with them. the front desk area that had additional coffee and a spot to get food what closed even around 11am. The room that we stayed it had was dirty. the floors was turning our socks brown the room was just damp. we didnt use t

The floors was awfully dirt,don't believe that the floors been mop this year,.the furniture need to be update, ut old and scratch-up.the television on the wall wasn't level.

Staff was awful. I do not recommend anyone to waste a dime at this place. This was definitely a hole in the way stay. I told staff “Jaya” my toilet was stopped up and he mentioned he was gonna give me a plunger to plug the toilet myself. I rate this place at a 0 stay, plus the pool is out of order

NO families and it's NOT safe!
Do not stay at this place especially if you're a family!! Very unsafe at night and a lot of activity going on between the hours of 11pm-3am. You will not be able to sleep due to the door knocking, balcony talking/laughing and activity going on in the room beside you. People sitting in their vehicles after dark in the parking lot. Explains the signs posted about the responsibility of vehicles in the parking lot. The office is constantly blocked off to guests unless during the breakfast hours which don't start until 6:30 and that's even for coffee. Does not work if on a work schedule during the weekdays. Sign hung on the office door stating to use the night window at all other times when service was needed (reference suction cup hook). Family or workers were allowed in the office & table areas (eating & visiting) that were locked from guests. Doors to the hallway leading to the office night window left propped open and temps near 90 during the daytime. Bed mattress definitely old and worn out!

When you provide soap and shampoo as dispensers in the shower, please make sure they are full. Other than that, good stay.

The room and hotel in general were outdated. They offered a pool (which was closed). Breakfast was a joke. There were signs of leaks in different areas. Broken glass in the walking area around the building. Air conditioner wasn't on in elevator with temperatures in the 90's.
To say the least Stay Away.
