Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Right from the moment we entered the room, we were hit with a strong, unpleasant smell. The bathrooms were not clean, and there were mosquitoes everywhere, making it hard to relax. There was no lift available, which was highly inconvenient, especially since our group of three families was assigned rooms on different floors. This made coordination very difficult. The worst part, however, was the customer service. The reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful — probably the worst we’ve encountered in any hotel. Their attitude was unpleasant and unprofessional, which completely ruined the experience for us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or welcoming stay.
