There was zero cold water in the shower: it was too hot to hold my hand under the stream--they promised to fix but I was on my way.

Stayed in room 129 and smelled musty and like mildew. Safety latch on door was broken and literally coming out of the wall. Front office staff were very helpful and nice at check-in. Stayed for two nights and asked for cleaning services and they never came so our trash was overflowing and we had to take it to the lobby to dispose of it. Ice maker on first floor had broken and exploded all over the floor our entire stay.

Charged double $1200
I was charged double once I checked in. The hotel said it should fall off and laughed it off and now I'm having to dispute my bank for the charges.

Hotel bed was extremely uncomfortable and room temp was hard to regulate so it was not comfortable. Booked room for 2 nights but front desk only activated the hotel key card for 1 so was locked out the second night and had to get new key cards, no apology.
