Would not recommend people to go for this property.
I stayed with my family for 2 nights.
We had booked 2 rooms: Family Suite and deluxe.
Here is a detailed review:
Location: Good if you have a 2 wheeler, nightmare if you have a car.
you will have access to tourist places easily but that also means that it is situated right in the middle of an extremely busy, very narrow lane. The hotel has clearly mentioned that they do not have car parking - but they also don't have parking assistance, they will keep telling you to remove your car from wherever nearby you have parked because the neighborhood is so busy that everybody just keeps complaining about parking.
Safety: Good.
Food: Stale.
1st day of breakfast was manageable, very limited options but doable but second day the idlis were stale, we complained, one of them came and tasted and just left.
Room: Dirty.
The linen and towels provided were pale brown in color.
The corners of the washroom was so dirty, you wouldn't want to step on it by mistake and the whole washroom stinks.
There is absolutely no ventilation apart from one very small exhaust fan in the washroom. You have doors and windows but if you keep that open, your room will be stormed with mosquitos and bad smell from that small aesthetic pond on the ground floor . They also had bed bugs.
Additional Note: If you have any family member that is aged or has a knee/back problem, take my word for it, this hotel is not for them. The bed is high because of all the heritage thing, they cant sit at once. Even the step to the bathroom is high enough for them to be a problem.
TL;DR - For this kind of hotel, we paid a bomb for a non busy weekend because it was just 2 days back that we booked and those 3 things that really mattered - Location, room, food were beyond disappointing. Save yourself from the embarrassment if you are taking your parents *****

The hotel staff are very helpful. The rooms were clean and so were the common areas. The breakfast had limited items, but very authentic taste, loved it. You would have to walk a bit to reach white town about a kilometer. The bedsheets can be purchased new. This is an expensive hotel but these small things matters a lot for customers to feel at the best.

Location is good. Walking distance. There are two things which should be changed. Light is very low inside the room. Also they should provide one electric kettle. Otherwise excellent stay.

It was an extremely pleasant and comfortable stay. Room was well maintained and in close proximity to promenade beach. Courtyard spaces are lovely.

My stay at the stay was really amazing the staff is super friendly especially the guard, he really cared about the people staying there at the hotel, the rooms were clean and hygienic.

It's had heritage decor rooms and rooms were well ventilated, beds were firm doesn't cause back-pain unlike other hotel beds, breakfast was good.

Very good stay. It was close to the city centre so all the tourist attractions were within the nearest proxima. The room was clean and neat. The ambience has a heritage touch, which is well maintained to this day. Great and enjoyable stay overall

It was great being hosted by esparan heritage. The service was great overall. Great and clean rooms with complimentary breakfast, which was very tasty.
