I thought the hair dryer smelled like burning hair. Turns out it was just a dead roach on the coils. The pillows were completely flat. Our room did not get cleaned after the first night and coming in late I didn’t want to go down to get new ones in the lobby so I decided to just use them again and wait until it was cleaned the following day. I called the front desk to report what had happened. The room was still not cleaned on the second day so again it was late but I carried the dirty towels down to the front desk and had to request a fresh set. For $100 a night this is just not ok.

The floors were dirty…Also the bathtub was not clean…There was a terrible sewerage smell coming from the sink…There was a hole in the comforter …

Never again…
Tv never worked in the room and hotel staff was rude and unaccommodating. Manager would not help. I left early I was so disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
