Our stay was for the holiday break. Everything overall was fine. We only wish the beds were more comfortable. They’re very stiff. Also the breakfast options. Understandable it doesn’t have to be offered but just giving a waffle without a protein seems a bit meh. We just ****** it up and ate out. The staff was great, customer service was on point when there was an issue with our key they fixed it immediately. We’d stay again for sure since we can take our puppy with us.

At check in clerk tried to double bill saying I didn’t pay on site showed him receipt that I paid still wasn’t good enough when I was on phone with ******* for 10minutes all of a sudden it was ok just a over all shady experience

Once we arrived we were told to pay an additional $100 for a deposit. Ummm NO! Then we went to our room and tried to settle in. We went to leave and our room door would not lock. We told the desk person who weirdly said he lives right across the room from our room. We got what they call, “ upgrade” for the door not locking. The room was very unusual and had a kitchenette between the beds ( fire hazard). The sink in the middle of the room was clogged and there were stains in the tub as pictured. A/C didn’t work as it should. I do not recommend

The booking site is a complete lie. This place is old and smelly. The walls and floors had dirt and food all over them. There is lots of evidence of bedbugs and other bugs. The smell is awful.

I had accident in this hotel and hurt myself. I did go to the emergency doctors. I have a report about it. They owe me money. I did not stay the whole term. The police officer help me move it to another quality in hotel better than this one, he put me and my granddaughter who’s four years old out like 730 Wednesday And he did not even do an issue report of me falling it hurt
