Terrible customer service
Room wasn’t very clean had some kind of nasty gunk splattered all over the wall outside the bathroom. Sketchy people all over the parking lot all night long. Worst part was I was charged by Hotels. Com to book the room fine but then the hotel charged me again when I checked in and I didn’t realize it until a few days later. I tried to contact management several times and kept getting the run around and then when I finally did speak to the manager she was very rude and refused to refund my money. So I paid $170 for a nasty room that I only spent a few hours in!

worst hotel I've ever been in. Run down, things don't work, no soap, shampoo or wash clothes. Lady at desk could not even find my reservation.

Started off horrible, the first room they gave us was completely torn up. But after talking with staff we were moved to a different room that was wonderful.

Shattered mirror with hole in wall next to the broken mirror, black mold around the edges of the hole in wall . Melted floor around trash can and stains on every surface . Horrible place to stay

The rooms are full with roaches and bugs. Suspicious activity all night. Management refused to give me a refund after I showed them pictures of the bugs in the room.

Got 2 rooms I wish I would have looked in the rooms before renting they are so nasty not clean at all room service sucks asked for diff towels was basically told we was out of luck I know where I’m from and the motels I have worked with we check if they need anything every day we have not been asked we had to take towels off the carts ourselves and the rooms basically look like crack heads lived in them and they are renting these rooms out this place should be shut down. I wish they would just refund our money back but unfortunately they don’t do that and I can’t lose that money since I’ve already paid.
