We needed a one night stay because our plane had landed late and all of the rental companies were closed. The following morning we called the front desk to request late checkout and they said no problem we needed to pay $30. Wasn’t an issue at all we were more than willing to pay. At 11:15 the front desk wasn’t happy because we were still in the room but they hadn’t let us know that we needed to go to the front and pay. It was never mentioned over the phone and we figured that they could charge the card on file.
The room was spacious but there was a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. Overall it worked as a place to lay our heads for a few hours, but wouldn’t recommend staying long term.

The property needs to be up graded. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were so cheap. It was like not having a pillow at all. The sink in the bathroom had a crack in it. Toliet was so low that would have been perfect for a child.
Do not and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was closed and they sold a room without being open to customers.
I need my money back. This is not fair when I have a 70 and 75 year old sister and brother inlaw that could not stay in that hotel. We had to drive an hour to find another hotel. I need my money back inmediately

Room was clean. Had just the basics. No tray in the shower so everything had to be set on the floor. No place to get or make coffee or ice. It was okay if you just wanted a bed for the night.

酒店回复: I am sorry. It might be misunderstood, you want room with Jacuzzi that obviously cost more. That's the reason she told you to pay additional charge for Jacuzzi. Just refresh you booked regular room online not Jacuzzi.
