During our stay they were having issues with the key card device. The staff had to walk every customer to their rooms. Despite the challenge the staff remained cordial and helpful. Even at check out they found a mistake with my billing and corrected on the spot. Bottom line, phenomenal customer service! Well done.

Excellent place to stay. Clean, safe secure environment, friendly hard working staff. This was our third time at this hotel and we would stay there again if in the area.

Close to shopping and restaurants. The room itself could have been cleaner. Used soap in shower, hairs on tub floor. Bedside table was dusty and sticky.

Terrible service
I was delayed due to a wreck and tried to cancel my stay I got the run around and was never able to cancel the room. The only reason I booked this hotel is because to was fully refundable. After calling 12 times to the hotel they never answered.

One of the two elevators was down for our entire stay. That was a challenge but overall, this is a decent properly close to LU.

Take a hard pass on this hotel!!!
A warning to fellow travelers, don't pick this hotel. I was misled by some favorable reviews depicting the hotel as budget friendly, decent rooms and free breakfast. My wife and I are not high maintenance but this hotel was awful. The check-in receptionist had an attitude that he hated his job was our first impression. The room had dirty carpet, the toilet wasn't secure to the floor with the door hook falling off. The breakfast buffet ran out of items and had few to little choices available. I can go on and on. I would find it hard to believe my experience was isolated. Now I know when visiting my son at college to never stay here again.

Our stay was fine. I didn’t love the tiny bathroom with toilet and shower squished in a small room and the sink in the main room. The carpet felt sticky. We were there on a very busy weekend and they kept running out of things for breakfast including coffee and cups. Overall it was fine but I would probably look to stay somewhere else in the future.

Although the staff was mostly friendly, there was a level of unprofessionalism in dress and demeanor. Breakfast bar was average for a "hot breakfast". Bed was old and so a little uncomfortable, water pressure was poor.
I felt safe and even though it was a full house, noise was never a factor as the room did seem to be well insulated. I did have a ground floor suite and would often get smoke smell coming from the outside. I was super grateful to get a room at the price point that seemed a little more typical for the area, as it was Welcome Week for Liberty and possibly other schools.

This hotel was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good, but they did not have enough people helping to keep the food stocked (it was Welcome Week at Liberty). We waited in line for 30 minutes to get food.
