The staff, Laurie and Pintu was very pleasant in dealing with when checking in or when i had questions :) Breaksfast was good, had options to choose from hot or cold and we loved that animals can stay in the hotel easy access to the streeet and getting to out car as well. Will stay again if we are in the area next!!

There was dust on surfaces, particles on bathroom counter, stool skid marks in toilet. Got a new room which was also slightly dusty

Old property, outdated, some old smoke stains on walls. Staff is great. No complaints on them. Serves purpose of staying the night for the game.

I need a refund we were unable to stay because they did not have any rooms on bottom floor and we are senior citizens and the have NO ELEVATORS and we could not carry up 2 huge suit cases, 2 cpap machines, a purse and my book bag up all the steps he suggested we find another hotel!!!! Please refund my money immediately! Was a disaster!!!! Thank you!

酒店回复: Sorry for the inconvenience. It was a prepaid reservation and front desk did not charge you . ******* should be refunding money on your card .It is always better to make request on reservation for bottom floor so we can accommodate you on sold out nights .

Quality for the price, not perfect but the bed was clean. The tv stand was stained and there was discoloration in the dresser draw. Shower was fine and soap smelt good. Breakfast was good for a budget hotel.

The staff was very friendly especially Laurie at the front desk. The room was average. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. The bathroom could use some attention. The cut off valve coming into the toilet was very old and rusty. The caulking in the bathroom was large and worn. The bathroom sink was cracked. The tile floor was worn and grout had built up dirt. Bath really needs to be remodeled. Looks like an attempt was made on it, but the quality of the work and materials not good!
The breakfast was fair. It was kept full and dining area very clean.
With the price being $125 a night with tax, I think the property needs to upgrade their rooms with better furniture and fixtures. Dresser was very outdated and drawers would not stay closed. Just needs to be modernized and updated especially for the price being charged now.

Laurie & Pintu were very gracious at check-in. The rooms have been partially updated, but the bathrooms need to be gutted. The building feels unsafe, especially if your room is by the rear door. Hopefully, the hotel chain can correct these physical problems soon, cause our interactions with the staff was positive

The cigarette smell in the hallways is my only complaint. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Checked in late. The women at the desk was friendly, the room was clean. No coffe pot, but they kept coffe available 24 hours, which is much nicer in my opinion. But the staff at night was the best part
