Room was in decent condition but the door to go out side didn’t lock and could have easily been opened from outside. I did point it out to the front desk and I was given another room immediately

This review is not about the staff. The staff members we met were courteous and helpful. However, the hotel itself had a number of problems. First, we asked to switch rooms because we found evidence of a bug problem (looked like flea dirt or bedbug feces). The lady at the front desk was very good about it, and helped us find another room. This room was much better than the first one, but still had some issues. The carpet wasn't thoroughly vacuumed, the headboards for the beds were loose, and the pillows were yellowed underneath the pillow shams. The second floor hallway smelled like pot, and the first floor hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The view from the upstairs windows was spoiled by the uncovered outdoor pools that had accumulated dirty standing water and leaves. Speaking of the upstairs, there aren't any elevators.

Security's not very good either, as there's an unlocked side door that anyone can get through without using a keycard during the majority of the day.

Breakfast was disappointing both times. The gravy was good, but the biscuits were crumbly and flavorless. Most of the yogurt had expired several weeks prior. The only hot food they had (other than the gravy) was these unappealing egg rounds.

It was very cheap, but we won't be coming back.

They offer pre check-in, which made our arrival a breeze. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable too.

Good coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. No coffee maker in the room. Everything else in the room worked (microwave, ‘fridge). Decent breakfast was available with low-carb options. Overall a great stay.

The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We needed his help with locking the sliding door and he came immediately. He was also there in the morning refreshing breakfast and cleaning up after guests. I really appreciated his attention to details and I'm really sorry i didn't get his name. Breakfast had both hot and cold selections like similar hotels. It is an older property but the floors in the room had been updated to lvt so no carpets! The hallway could definitely benefit from this upgrade. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not use the air conditioner or heat so can't say how they worked. A great night's rest for this price point in this area. Do recommend for those traveling on a budget!

Great place to stay- clean, friendly, pet friendly, did I say clean? Full breakfast - quiet no noisemakers- they have a computer a gym and a pool (closed for winter here). The girl last night was Really great and her boss should give her a raise!

Room was dirty. Bugs in bathroom. Cigarette burns on sheets. Hole in carpet and stains. Room very old. Pictures of rooms depicted on ******* did not represent the room we were given.
