More clearly marked entry to main lobby and maybe additional parking. Is there enough parking spaces for the number of rooms?

Nice quiet hotel, very well maintained. Directly across from Bonaventure University. Dunkin Donuts is next door to get your morning coffee. Would book again if we are in this area agdin

Floors really need to be washed and pet friendly rooms should be on 1st floor with no rugs.

1 night family stay
Stayed 1 night for a college visit. Location is right across the street from St Bonaventure college and next door to Dunkin Doughnuts. Very little parking next to the hotel. Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Major negative was that the beds were really uncomfortable. I was up most of the night tossing and turning on the hard mattress and sore in the morning. No box springs, just on a metal rail base. Only 1 ice machine and it was empty every time we tried to use it. Only 1 elevator. Overall the hotel was nice, but I wouldn’t stay again just due to the beds and lack of sleep.

Would go somewhere else honestly
It was a little pricey for what you get. The breakfast was not great. At least you can make your own waffle because cooking frozen eggs did not sound appetizing. The TV (cable) did not work properly so that was frustrating.
