We here at the Genetti are very committed to guest security and safety and we will be using this feedback to create an action plan to prevent this from happening in the future. We were told room was in the hotel, room had a door to outside, so old no security all doors wide open, if I was worth my family would not have stayed there.

This is a charming old hotel that could use some sprucing up, however the bed was really comfortable and the shower nice.

Beautiful old building, clean everywhere. furniture in room very worn. Rooms need love. The worst air conditioners. Loud, noisy. on and off every couple minutes no matter what setting you put it on. No sleep. Next day the FD said they controlled, we asked them to adjust. 2nd night on.off a little longer in between. We suggest you partner with Penn Tech hvac students and prestigious local contracters to update the building. It would give them experience, respect of older building and someone can probably find a Grant to cover some of the project. We had a drink in the bar 2nd night I (female) went to the restroom, after my business I open stall door to a male with a garbage bag, he quickly ducked into another stall. He didnt say a word. I was washing my hand alongside another female and we were both like what the hell. He didnt come out of that stall while we were there. At checkout the Fd guy could not be bothered to get up and address departing guests. Several of us stood there with our keys in hand, he looked up and said we could leave them there. I will shoutout to the male today 9/21/25 who we saw in several areas cleaning, bent over and picked stuff off floor and outside. We thought it would be a nice change but we are sticking with Marriot.
百年老店,所以装修比较古旧了。如果喜欢现代风格的酒店,那么这一款可能看不上,但是对于百年历史的酒店而言,维护算不错的,价格也挺好的。
地理位置绝佳。酒店和房间都很干净。员工非常友好热情,乐于助人。下次肯定还会入住。

让我们从登记入住开始吧。他们发给我一张钥匙卡,但我到了房间却不能用。我不得不下楼去拿新的钥匙卡。然后我躺在床上,一个陌生人用钥匙卡开了我的门。我不得不回去重新密码。接下来的两天我回来时,我的钥匙卡都不能用了,我不得不回去重新密码。我去了餐厅,点了汤,但是是冷的,早餐也好不到哪里去,只有一种肉和炒鸡蛋。华夫饼是唯一好吃的,而且是自己做的。很遗憾,如果这是这个地区唯一的酒店,我就要去露营了。
我们的住宿体验很棒。早餐很棒。我只注意到两点:浴室的插座有点旧了。我的吹风机和平板熨斗插不上电,而且窗台需要好好清洁一下,尤其是餐厅的窗台。
