The hostel was nice enough it had everything you needed, but was weird having the owners interact with you . There is no aircon in the rooms which is the only reason I would not return as it was very very hot in the rooms so struggled to sleep at all. If they did install aircon though would stay again though

酒店回复: Thanks for the review! it is only hot here for about 4 weeks a year and having ac installed would increase the price of the rooms? we are looking at upgrading a few rooms at a more expensive price point and see if they sell. Not sure why you think having the owner onsite to be weird? That's how backpackering started, they all used to be owner operated. Scott's retired and lives to share his lifestyle with new guests and long term staff ＜3

This was the highlight of my whole East Coast. What a little gem! Everyone working in this hostel made me feel super welcomed and at home. It's the best and easiest place to surf without crowds, not to mention you can also fly a plane yourself and go on a speed boat from there!! Best and only sunset viewing point on the East Coast too!

Such a great Hostel! Well priced for the facilities and activities, and only a 5-10 minute walk from the beach! The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned regularly, and the common areas were really nice. The staff were really friendly and easy to talk to. Had a great time here, would definitely stay again!

Cool Bananas was my favourite hostel of the entire East Coast. So much so that I decided to come back for a week. There is just this homely feel to this hostel where you can chill out or be as social as you want to be. The activities we did there made it an unforgettable few days. If I were to go back to Australia, I would definitely visit Cool Bananas again. P.S. Loved the staff as well :)

Had a short stay at cool bananas, but it's such a nice hostel! You will immediately be warmly welcomed by the staff in banana suits at the bus station. You don't have to drag your bag around, because they will take it for you. The hostel itself looks super cozy! The straff was very nice and friendly. there’s a cozy campfire in the evening as well! And don’t forget to book your surf lesson! Highly recommended! I could’ve stayed there for monthssss🍌

I really liked this hostel. Friendly and helpful staff, it's clean, big kitchen and has a big outside area with bbq, hammocks and picknic tables. The beach, shops and coffee is within walking distance. And the hostel offers bicycle rental so you can explore the area. Or book a surf lesson or rent a surfboard because Agnes Water is a great place to learn to surf.

总体来说住得不错。很幸运，我们住的8人女生宿舍只有两个人。
员工服务态度尚可。但对于一个床位80美元的客人来说，性价比不高。沙发都很破旧，木质座椅也摇摇欲坠。巴士没有用于接待客人。应该增设水疗中心或游泳池，并升级户外区域。篝火坑也无人使用。停车位有限。阿格尼斯沃特斯度假村设施匮乏，而且人满为患，价格过高。
这家旅舍非常简陋。只有很薄的毯子，冬天他们没有任何好的保暖措施。起初气氛似乎很轻松，但我发现人与人之间的社交行为非常奇怪。要么你融入其中，要么就格格不入。我感觉到旅舍对生病的客人很不公平。当然会生病，如果冬天没有温暖的房间，也没有厚厚的毯子，这又不是客人的错。我当时听到，一个生病但正在好转的人被警告说，其他客人不要靠近他，否则就会被赶出去。好像一个人就能控制谁想和他说话似的……这绝对不行。旅舍和Gnarly Surf Tours有合作，这还不错。我上了一节冲浪课，但因为只有我一个人，所以被要求改天再上。如果他们不想只给一个人上课，就应该规定最低人数。总之，我还是按计划完成了行程，玩得很开心。如果冲浪教练不那么阴沉无聊的话，那会更有趣。而且，我真希望这位对这片海域和冲浪都经验丰富的教练能提前查看一下冲浪条件，然后坦诚地告诉我今天不适合冲浪。说实话，我无法理解他们的态度和感受，他们似乎只是想赚我的钱。这一切都让我住得很不舒服。幸好阿格尼斯沃特还有一些其他的去处，而且我只住了两晚。我希望这家旅舍能好好反思一下，改进他们的服务和态度。
太棒了！我选了冒险套餐，体验了飞行、冲浪和快艇，玩得非常开心！这家旅舍很棒，感觉像个大家庭，厨房设施齐全，房间也很安静。公共空间非常舒适，旅舍还提供很多活动……是前往北方途中非常不错的落脚点 :)
