每当我住酒店时,我都会检查毛巾、床单和椅子。其中一条毛巾的褶皱里有一根长头发,一条没什么大不了的……但当我拉开床单时,发现上面有污垢和死皮……就像他们只是重新铺了床而不是换了床单一样。地毯和浴室地板上有蓝筹屑。“免费早餐”只是咖啡和预先包装好的松饼。当我打电话要多个东西时,我被告知我必须下楼去拿。当我要求换床时,我必须自己动手……什么样的酒店会让你在离开前打扫、换床单和倒垃圾?
