I hope the room was cleaned . When we arrived it smelled like smoke when it was suppose to be a non smoking room. And an item from the previous occupant was found in the refrigerator. Everything else was good. It’s a nice hotel.

The room was disgusting, did not look like it was cleaned at all before arrival and the smell was extremely baffling. For the price that was paid, I expected 10 times what i walked into. Only reason its not a 1 star js the lady checking us in was extremely nice!

Check in time was 3:00pm. We arrived at 5:15 pm and had to wait another 15-20 minutes. The man at the desk said they were installing new lamps. I realize there is no good time to do this but if we would have arrived at check in time, would we had to wait longer? Lots of unsupervised children running around as well.

Rooms were clean, no complaints there. The waterpark was a hit for the kiddos. Hot breakfast was super busy but pretty good and they kept it stocked with a good selection. The beds were decently comfy, I will say the walls are rather thin but we travel with a white noise machine. The building could use some updates, which it seems like they are actively working on. Friendly desk staff too!

The beds were quite confortable. Room was clean. Room darkening drapes were great. Good sized TV sets are nice as well. Walls are not 3 star thickness but not terribly thin either. Breakfast is included and its the basic instant eggs, waffle maker, cereal, etc.
They have an indoor pool and hot tub but do not for a minute think youre going to relax in either one. This place sells pool passes to the outside public that arent even staying at the hotel. Its a madhouse in there with water slides and the noise level is unbearable with the screaming kids. Bacteria levels could be off the charts with the amount of outside visitors that just show up in their cars and go straight into the pool.
The lobby is nice. However, there is a hoarder mentality going on even in the lobby with cardboard boxes being stored in plain sight. Its a creepy eye sore and forebodes a lack of business sense. And it doesnt look "temporary" either...rather they are just literally storing junk in plain sight. (See picture below)
The bathroom wallpaper was badly peeling at the seams as well and theres an old wall phone jack and mount still there. Bathroom needs updating. Water pressure was well below average. So for those of you that like a nice strong shower you can forget it.
One good thing is that its off the beaten path away from the hustle of downtown but still close enough to access it if you care to.
Overall a good clean hotel to get some sleep and watch TV.

Filthy carpeting, some kind of caulking in the sink to cover a large crack. The furniture was worn and black. Incredibly gross. At least 5 light bulbs were burnt out. Never coming back.
