Unfortunately, this was an overpriced awful Hotel. No reception no one to speak to, and the rooms were in a dreadful state.

regency hotel.it was just a room not a hotel it was very dirty and need updated and painting .it was not worth the money i paid for no bar no eating place

Regency by name and regencey in style. Four poster bed....quirky, clean and quiet....didnt get a sea view but the room made up for it....and a POWER shower that was divine!

It was okay, check in was easy, the man that checked us in was very helpful. Although the room was on the very top floor which meant we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs everytime we went outside. There is a little bit of damp in the room, and the TV signal is very bad. But the room has a full sized under counter fridge and private bathroom. The shower could do with a deep clean, and the bed is very very squeaky, every-time you move it squeaks. The cups and glasses are very small, but we were provided with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Better then we expected but the bed needed something done to fix it, as this kept us up all night.

Room was terrible. Hotel was having some work done but our room should never have been let.Mould all around window frame, torn curtains with rotted lining.split headboard. Bathroom bin all rusty . Sent several emails when we got home as there is no reception & didn’t see anyone around to speak to & never had any reply at all

Great location, but that is about it. Room service only came in to empty the trash and replace the tea and coffee sachets. No actual cleaning was done; towels weren’t replaced, bed wasn't done, sheets weren’t replaced etc. There also was no reception and no reply to trying to communicate via expedia/email. Overall it's okay if you just want to sleep there. Bed and bathroom were clean enough.

Regency hotel, the staff are amazing. The service is very good. My brother was staying for about a week and he’s a first time came to Brighton,. He really had a lovely time. I want to thank everyone and the stuff. 🙏🙏
我觉得这间房间根本不应该出租，因为它年久失修。酒店看起来正在装修，但要让客人给出好评，还需要做很多工作。它的地理位置绝佳，如果条件好的话，会是一家很棒的酒店。这里没有真正意义上的前台。有时会有人来应门，然后我们被领到房间，之后就再也没见过其他人了。窗帘拉不上，所有衬里都磨损破烂。床也是坏的。房间里有霉菌、铁锈和污垢，亟需好好翻新。消防通道也锈迹斑斑，看起来不安全。我觉得我们应该得到某种形式的退款。
设施很旧。环境也不是很好。
