We certainly understand how frustrating and disruptive such an issue can be, and we are sorry this detracted from what should have been a restful stay. Breakfast was very good, Beds very comfy, black out shades a plus. the only thing was very upset with no microwave. We had leftovers and nowhere. to heat them up.I will pay more for a microwave next door at Holliday express.

We had a great stay until we got locked out of room and door lock totally quit working. Took some time to get access to our room after breakfast.

The rooms are small, but clean. Pool is old but nicely kept. I will say for the price for them to say at check in oh we are only doing late house keeping ( trash and towels only) is very cheap of them. Staff was friendly when you broke the ice. Ps odd rroms on wing even on the other.

This is our second stay and we were glad to see that the are has remained beautiful, well kept, and painted. The location is absolutely one of the best locations and five minutes from downtown and the beach. Although our room was located in a perfect spot, our room was not cleaned well. The sink counter top still had dirt on it, the coffee pot had dust all over it, and the door to the bathroom was broken. The pool did not get clean until our first stay and it was already green. We would love to stay again but would hope that these issues are addressed.

Very nice! The staff was amazing, they treat you like family! I’ve never stayed anywhere with a staff as nice as these were! I’d give the staff 5 stars for sure! Especially the lady that works the continental breakfast room she was the sweetest thing ever!!

We’ll Be Back!
My husband and I spent a lot g weekend and left knowing we were coming back. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a very quiet area that just adds to the ambiance of the pool and hot tub area!
