2025年10月,我在全景酒店住了五天。我真是气炸了。我们订的是套房,结果被安排在119号房间,从那里可以看到楼上的空调。想想都觉得多吵啊!我们立刻要求换房间,结果花了两天时间,反复请求,才被安排到322号房间,而且连热水都没有。餐点种类繁多,菜品也很诱人,但尝起来却寡淡无味。唯一的优点是酒店位置优越。
酒店很棒,景色优美。房间宽敞,一尘不染,员工热情友好。自助餐种类丰富,全包。房间宽敞,可欣赏海景。浴室可以改进,比如可以把地毯拆掉。泳池干净,氛围轻松。唯一的缺点是工作人员不会说意大利语,也听不懂;我希望前台能做得更好。总的来说,我非常满意。我觉得这里很棒。
酒店老旧,绝对需要翻新。房间地毯脏兮兮的,散发着异味。床单一周都没换过,这在五星级酒店是不允许的。每日客房清洁服务很差,床铺也从来不铺。最多只能算三四星级酒店的水平。地理位置优越,海景极佳,离科斯镇很近,总体来说食物种类丰富。私人海滩不太好。
房间脏乱不堪,令人不安,浴室接缝处生锈发霉,泳池噪音很大(音乐不停地播放),食物也很少更换。客房服务也很差(床铺整理得很差,吸尘也不好等等)。虽然员工很友好(尤其是餐厅的员工),但整体水平相当差。在法国,这家酒店最多只能评为三星,仅此而已。
我八月份和朋友住在这家酒店。酒店设施陈旧,需要翻新。三部电梯中只有两部可用,而且速度很慢,按钮缺失,上面盖着瓶盖,电线清晰可见。房间很大,家具陈旧,可以欣赏到泳池和大海的美景。房间清洁很差;有一天我们的床甚至都没铺,淋浴间的沙子也没人清理,没有热水,一直是温水,而且淋浴间漏水。房间里的酒瓶里没有酒杯。烟灰缸也从来没清空过。自助餐厅的食物很一般。餐厅工作人员很友好。全包套餐仅限屋顶酒吧使用。泳池很不错,但下午6点就关闭了,夏天来得太早了。我对五星级酒店的期望会更高。我住过更好的三星级酒店。
酒店不配五星。房间卫生:浴室发霉+地毯污渍。外部卫生:还行,但泳池周围白天没人收垃圾,他们不应该允许人们在泳池边吃东西。可惜餐厅窗户脏兮兮的,影响了视野。可惜的是,室外遮阳棚要收费(20欧元/天)。餐饮:主餐厅令人失望,鱼很少//泳池小吃店令人失望,只供应烤肉串//点菜餐厅还过得去,但只有一家,而不是酒店介绍中提到的两家。景色、员工和靠近市中心的位置都很棒。总之,如果价格合适就去那里,否则就算了,标准很低!
我和丈夫和女儿一起去了这家酒店。它应该是一家超全包的五星级酒店,但即使是三星级也太过分了。浴室的填缝处发霉了,房间里的地毯很旧,通往阳台的推拉门锁不上。泳池边的瓷砖坏了;你没法赤脚走动。三部电梯中,只有一部,有时两部能用。餐厅里的食物不冷不热。午夜小吃是面包和奶酪,应该从晚上11点供应到午夜12点,但到了晚上11点15分,几乎没有剩下什么了。工作人员非常友好,娱乐团队也很棒,尤其是Lorna,一个超级好的女孩。
