This was a terrible room. We walked in and there were no pillows on the beds, no trash bags in the trash can, and only a partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The radiators on the walls were rusty and dirty, there was a puddle in front of the fridge, and the floors needed to be swept. We turned the TV on and there was no signal, because the antenna cable was broken and barely connected to the TV. We called and asked for pillows and for someone to fix the TV, and we were told that someone would come in the morning for the TV. That night, a huge bug ran across my bed, and the next morning there was absolutely NO hot water, and also no plugs for the bathtub! I asked about having someone come spray for bugs, and they didn't have anyone who could do it before Monday (we were there Friday-Sunday). Also, the office is only open from 11am - 7pm, so we had to wait until they opened on Saturday to get toilet paper and hot water! They never fixed the TV because the maintenance man called out. The pictures made it look nice, it was NOT. We would have asked for a refund but we booked through a 3rd party so we couldn't get one.

Travelocity you should be ashamed for posting this place as a hotel. It’s a month to month rental for those that can’t afford housing. This is not a hotel, motel, or anything that a traveler would ever want to stay at. Disgusting, in disrepair, smelled awful. The bed was kind of comfy 4/10.

Do not stay here!! It is not like the pictures at all! It is unsafe! We arrived after 9 pm and the front lobby was closed; when we called, the gal came to the door but wouldn’t even come out herself. She would only open the door an inch or two, wide enough to pass a paper we had to sign and the room key. There were vagrants all around. The non-smoking room we were given smelled of cigarettes and had burn marks all throughout the bathroom. We decided to cancel our stay. I will say the general manager who I spoke with a few days later was kind and refunded two of the three nights without a lot of trouble, but we had to pay the first night even though we didn’t stay there. We were so relieved to stay somewhere else that we almost didn’t care.

This whole property is disgusting from the nasty floors to the stained nasty sheets. They didn’t even give me a cotton instead just a polyester blanket that had what look like cigarette holes and juice stains.
