They room didn't appear to have been cleaned properly. Food under microwave glass player, dirty refrigerator, ac didn't blow cold. I've got pictures and I need to see if all my charges were refunded. My brother was having open my heart surgery off Union and 2nd. After I saw the room condition,I immediately went to the office, they said look at another one!!! Yeah I'd like to bring roaches into a cardiac ICU .

The first room I was assigned had clearly been smoked in. The staff was very kind and got me a new room. The second room didn't smell as bad, but there were cigarette burns in the comforter and a dead bug on my bathroom sink. The living room area didn't have a light and the place couldn't have been more bare bones. I would not return.

This was all the money we had as we were waiting for our apartment to be ready and this place smelt like old dirty water they had bugs in the bathroom and kitchen area. You need a key card for certain parts of the property and people would just get in the car to open the gate. A lady was passed out in front of the building half the night. No screens on windows with a view of trash everywhere. This is not a place I would recommend or will my family and I ever return I should be able to get my money back. Horrible place disguised with everything

糟糕的酒店,千万别住这里。房间和广告宣传的完全不一样。房间简直恶心到像发生过多个犯罪现场一样。我付了大床,结果床却不是大床。床单脏兮兮的,满是污渍。浴室糟透了。马桶上沾满了头发,我们唯一的肥皂是淋浴房里的洗发水。永远不要住这里。
酒店没有提供清洁服务;我们到达时,房间甚至都没打扫过。我们不得不自己去拿干净的床单和毛巾,由于前台服务时间很短,这很麻烦。
