I didnt even stay. I requested a pet room they didnt have one. I was still charged for the room even though i had to go to a seperate hotel. I never got my refund so now my husband has to dispute it with the bank.

Elevator was being worked on which is fine, but the stairwell was dirty and smelt of urine. Bathroom sink did not drain well. A damp, moldy smell from the air conditioner.

we arrived as scheduled we waited 10 minutes or more for someone to check us in when she came she was very rude the motel advertised cots we available on trguest we asked for one was told quite hatefully they didn't have any i reminded them their add said different she didn't care did not have explained had to have a cot still said no so i said then you cannot accommodate us she that is right so we cancelled stay not by our choice we were very tired but she would not accommodate even tho their own statement said they could i do not feel we should pay for this as we did show up made attempt to stay

The night clerk was absolutely amazing went above and beyond to ensure we got our room when they were sold out of rooms
