It's the perfect place to stay if you have exam at exam @ pro-metric centre. It's the closest hotel to centennial square building. Ambience is good with nice south indian complimentary breakfast. Overall i had a nice stay.

I reached an hour before, and the receptionist asked me to pay 500 rs extra. I was ok with it, but he said, no bill would be provided for that, because of which i said no. So i had to wait until it was 12. The washroom doesn't have a hand washer. They give old school soap and poor quality shampoo. Food was good, but breakfast area was too small and conjusted. Too expensive for the quality of the room they provided. Ac was not working properly, hot water was not hot at all. Breakfast was mediocre.

All staff and room service was excellent. We feel like we are in our own home. All facilities are extended in spite of heavy rains and cyclone out side. I recommend my friends to stay here for 100 percent safe and comfort.

抵达当天，我提供了护照信息和其他相关信息。之后，办理退房手续的人员过来想拍我的护照照片，他说他忘了复印，然后用他自己的手机拍了照。我住了两天，第二天早上离开时，我提出需要客房服务，但没人理我。第一天晚上，我想喝点水，就下楼去前台问一位工作人员。他用印地语说着什么，我问的英语他听不懂，我也听不懂。后来他叫了另一个人过来，那人也是说印地语的。我跟他说，因为是晚上，附近找不到商店，所以我需要点水。他说没有水，只有客房服务才提供。因为我只是在那里睡觉，所以酒店还算可以，但是大部分员工都不太友好。前台的一位女士和保安看起来比较友善，理解我的情况，并给了我一些保证。
