Pet friendly and friendly say parking. Friendly desk clerk. To not very clean — kitchen floor and TV remote both dirty. No easy to make coffee in room. No plates or mugs. You can get a kit with pots & pans for an extra charge.

The room and the hotel common areas were dirty, outdated. The tv wouldn’t work on the first night thankfully the general man at the front desk was amazing and fixed our issues. The gentleman that was at the front desk on Saturday was truly amazing. Everything else at the hotel needs extreme work. Upon arrival we went straight to target to buy cleaning products to clean in deodorize the room before we even unpacked our bags. I don’t think I would return, and if I do, it would be because of the gentleman at the front desk and only because of him.

I've never walked out of a hotel before, but we turned around and left this place just a few minutes after checking in. We arrived very late and the hotel smelled AWFUL. The lobby reeked, but we thought/hoped that it was maybe just that area. We were checked into a room on the 2nd floor basically above the lobby, and it stank also. I went to use the restroom, and walking back into the main part of the room was slammed by that stink again. It almost started to give me a panic attack and there was no way that we could stay there. We packed up and called the night attendant and said that we needed a refund. He was super apologetic and processed the refund -- both of which I appreciated -- but that was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, whether in the US or traveling internationally.

The hotel seemed to openly identified that that there hotel just did not offer the same as other extended locations.
Kitchen had notjing to support use, the cabinets and shower were old, windows would not fully close.
They posted signs sying they did not offer breakfast at that location but sold kitchen settings. No ironing board either.

Very minimal amenities are provided. No tissue in the room, no bathroom counter space, minimal power outlets. no shampoos or conditioner. Floors are linoleum and not carpet which I really don't like.

Missing Standard Stuff
Hallway on first floor smelled, hotel has no ice machine, "extended stay" in the hotel title, but the cupboards were bare, one would need to ask for any type of utensil or kitchen apparatus. Desk is not manned overnight. No shampoo in in the shower. No in room coffee, no hotel supplied breakfast. Pretty much the items I've noted here are SOP at every hotel I typically stay at.
