I was not expecting this to be a motel, I should have read the description better- but for the price, I was expecting a hotel.
We arrived at 10:30pm and had to check in thru a window in the entryway (like I was in a sketchy gas station in an inner city).
Upon entering the room my daughter detected an odor, but I was hopeful our stay would turn pleasant, as the room had been redecorated and looked nice. Unfortunately the bathroom was not nice. Although it looked as clean as a motel bathroom can be, it smelled awful of mildew- there was no ventilation! There was an old vent/fan in the wall, but it was not hooked up to any switch. I could not even make myself shower here. We came, we slept, and we checked out as soon as we awoke the next morning.

This property was disappointing to say the least. Room was in a state of disrepair - but at least the A/C and TV worked. Beds were average, but the rest of the room was gross. The “guest laundry” machines were broken, ice machine inoperable, no coffee anywhere that I could find. Would not stay here again, nor any other Ameristay property.

Room had an odor which triggered my allergies. Room needed serious updating. Breakfast was minimal. Towels were mismatched, old and stained. Won’t be back.

The first room didn’t have a secondary security lock. They changed my room and the new room only had 2 working lights. It was like a dungeon. The WIFI required a password but the lady at the front desk kept saying they don’t have a password for it.

Room was dirty. There was a hole in the shower the toilet paper holder kept coming out of the wall. Furniture was in poor condition. Hair was left in the sink. Carpets were nasty feeling. Thankfully the sheets looked clean..

It was absolutely disgusting.... The sheets were nasty the top cover was abhorrent and smelled like 7 years of dust floors were nasty they were roaches and bed bugs I left early... This place needs to be condemned there were burn marks around the sockets and the light fixture not dirty marks burn marks...

Our experience at Ameristay Inn has been great! We needed a place to go qhile we waited for our place to ve ready. Check In was easy and fast. The owner was super friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The parking lot is clean. Parking is right outside your door. They have a breakfast of ceral, fruit, muffins, coffee, milk.. Housekeeping is very accommodating. There are gas stations and food places close. It sits right by the highway so easy access for travelers. It's quiet at night. The beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay hwre again. This hotel is a 10 out of 10.
