Much improvement needed..
1. No pool at this property as advertised and THE MAIN reason I chose this property.
2. Room had horrible, stale cigarette smell, I had to buy cleaning products to be able to stay
3. Stove in room was not working, reported it to 3 different staff members. On day 4 of 4 we finally got moved to a different room, then the microwave did not work.

Just because it’s a nice neighborhood doesn’t mean
Room was nasty, kitchen sink had some black mess in it. I was scared to take a shower or use the sink. Room and sheets had a weird smell to it. Carpet had stains, and it was just a mess.

We were asled several.times if we had ***** ! Gjere was always loud banging around 230-330 am every night! The fore alarm went off every week in-between 2-5AM and for reasons we werent given by staff ! Staff kept my mail from me and wouldnt give me it! Very unprofessional place !

我们的房间很脏。炉灶周围还有食物,厨房水槽下的垃圾没有倒掉,看起来好像什么都没擦干净,总的来说,看起来什么都没打扫过。我们只看到一名工作人员,那是我们入住的时候,每次我们去前台询问问题时,那里都没有人。整栋楼都没有咖啡,包括房间里,也没有咖啡壶。我们得到的唯一卫生纸是卷筒纸,没有多余的。不会向任何人推荐这个地方。
服务台缺乏专业性。到达后,我被告知没有空房,但可以升级几间空房。房间脏得令人无法接受,而且有难闻的气味。如果我不是那么累的话,那天晚上我就会要求退款。
我这辈子从来没有这么担心过住酒店。我住的地方离酒店也不远,真希望我直接开车回家。空调噪音很大,墙上有洞,整个房间或浴室没有一面镜子,电视不能用,床中间凹陷,床单磨损严重,满是灰尘(走廊里的地毯被撕破了,到处都是脏兮兮的痕迹)。我想我很幸运没有臭虫!!
