They would not give me my money back from a booking the night before when I got there late; I had no idea the room would say I’m a no show by a time an change me anyways! When got there I had no room an no money back! I turned around and bought another room because they told me they refund me and come to find out later that day they were not refunding me my 55 dollars after I spent another 55 dollars with them. Bed pillows had strains or something on them; room didn’t smell so well. I was just highly disappointed!

Great staff! Adjacent guests over my period stay were very inconsiderate of fellow guests trying to rest. Locators great with surrounding community restaurants shopping etc.

Room dirty, no internet connection to my room, no microwave, phone doesn’t work, big spider webs in refrigerator and from the wall across the ceiling. The staff refuses to move me. The smoke detector was not connected and is in the drawer constantly beeping indicating low batteries. The sink water barely comes out and it is light brown looking and the shower sounds like a helicopter landing in my room that’s about to blow up any minute. This is the worst motel I ever stayed in and it needs to be condemned and the health department needs to do a pop up visit. This is the Motel 6 in Dothan, Alabama and I feel as though they need to cut the lights off instead of keeping the lights on!! Such a huge disappointment.

Were accomdating when myreservation was for 2 rooms got there and they only had one for my reservation but had a room available and even moved us a room when the ac did not work

It was a cheap place to stay at. I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect, but I was at least expecting the room to be cleaned properly. It seemed like the cleaner just came in and wiped the counter tops half heartedly, as you could see dirt in the corners of every surface. The bed sheet had cigarette burns in it, as well the room smelled musty when I entered it. Most likely would be looking at other options.
