They need to do some real work here . Fix the rooms with broken doors and leaky air conditioning units. And the odor , nasty inside the hallways . Not staying here again , and definitely wouldn’t recommend it . On the other hand , the staff were very supportive and helpful the one night we stayed there .

Disgusting room with bugs!!
The room was smelly, the carpet turned my feet black! Extremely dirty and sticky carpetI! woke up with several large bug bites, literally started scratching through the night. Also, the refrigerator wasn’t cold.

Never-ever again. Will report health department.
There were roaches in the room. The microwave had mold and rust. There was mold in the room. The walls were cracking. The bathroom was nasty. Management refused to make any accommodations or give any recourse for the conditions of the room.

Checked in after a long day of burying my mother, too tired to drive back to NC shortly before 10 pm. The first room a dead roaches, nasty residue/build up on the wall under the ac, and food crumbs left in the kitchen area. The second room we were welcomed with more roaches. As I rolled the tissue out a roach jumped out. As I sat down to prepare to eat three roaches were running on the nightstand were I’d placed my food. My daughter and I had no choice but to leave and resort to my truck. Night audit was apologetic and said notes were made. I just wanted to get rest for work and getting on the road on the morning.

Great stay overall! Staff are amazing!
This a safe and clean hotel. Other guests were friendly. Loved the accepted pets. CUSTOMER SERVICE is AMAZING!!! As well as, accommodating. Only complaints are ice machine has not worked entire stay (at least month) and the bed does not have center slats so bed sank in middle. If you sat on edge you would roll to center. 4 complaints made!

Great stay. Served all of my needs! Clean and no pests! No noise! Welcomed my furbaby! Local to everything! Only bad thing is the ice machine is broken, elevator sounds scary and is jerky and snack machine prices are insane- at peast 4x full store price... But, not one thing or all that would stop me from staying again or recommending!
