Our room was old and disgusting. Supposed to have a garden view which was the back of buildings. Carpet was ripped, old with big stains. Room had not been updated in probably 40 years. Bathroom smelled liked a smoker smoked in it. We could not wait to leave and were grateful we had planned only 1 night. Booked a king room and none were available when we arrived so we had a double. Again would not have stayed there if no king rooms were available. The overall property was beautiful but needed maintenance and updating. We will be requesting a refund when we stop long enough to contact hotels com.

Wonderful view from our balcony. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice variety of activities available. Nice size room with king bed and separate sitting area.

Room was large and clean. Last updated quite some time ago. Bathroom enormous but no shelf in shower and shower plumbing from 1975. Not interested in spa. Every one was nice but no way to get ice. Old packets with powdered cream and saccharine…yuck! No smart TV. Path to parking lot poorly lit and moldy.
Felt kinda sad. Like a highway motel but extra large.
Area at spruce point and Boothbay beautiful.
Rate as meh but rained or was cloudy the 2 days we were there.

We enjoyed our stay at The Spruce Point Inn. The room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at The Stagg, and the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The views are amazing! I wish we had more time to enjoy the property!
