Based on the ratings I expected a different experience. This place overall was in very bad condition. The plaster was peeling off the walls and ceilings from water damage in the bedroom and bathroom. The floor was very sticky and the bed sheets had stains on them. Air conditioner was very old and loud. Couldn’t keep up with the demand. Many people seemed to live in this hotel.
Staff was friendly….that was a positive.

We had a nice experience. Room was clean, nice location to where we were to park, and had everything we needed for a brief weekend stay. The only things we wished for were breakfast and a bit less noise. Alot of people seem to live here (perfectly fine) but they were constantly leaving the door open to the outside from the hall, outside yelling, or tailgating at all hours of the night. Again it wasn't a deal breaker, people have lives, but be thoughtful of that when you book if you are sensitive to noises.
We would definitely stay here ago. We liked the staff and the cheap snacks for purchase in the lobby as well as proximity to stores/restaurants.

Property requires true restoration and renovation. Incredibly filthy to the point that it's obvious the rooms never get cleaned.

We didn’t really use it. But I’m short and really wish I could find some Hotels where I don’t have to climb to get into the bed. At least provide steps up to the bed ( portable)!

It is what it is, a weird smell throughout
It was fine, the whole building had a musty smell to it, including the room, service was good, everything was just fine, not terrible, but not good

This hotel has been nicely restored and the staff is wonderful. I was able to use the good sized refrigerator and microwave to save money eating in my studio room, using dishes I brought with me. The linens are very fresh and the floors are excellent for reducing my dust allergies because they are not carpeted. The other guests were friendly and it was a completely happy and pleasant experience!
