We had 3 rooms under this reservation of which 2 were in the old wing and one where all the rooms were renovated. Thankfully we stayed in the renovated room which was very modern and its balcony looked out at Ajda swimming pool. I am not sure how they assign who stays in which room, but I would have been upset if I stayed in the older wings... extremely dated. The thermal pool is a short walk through a corridor and for the most part not too busy when we were there. Parking was also free which was nice. My biggest irritation with this property is the staff in the dining area.. most of them were rude pressing you to buy drinks. And I have never been at a hotel where they will not even provide drinking tap water... you must buy that too. That is unacceptable. Also saw some guests stuffing their bags with food to take out, but if you take out a banana just in your hand and want to walk out with it that is a no no... its ridiculous. We will not return.

Nice hotel..very good food and nice guys on pools..but black hair waitress Zehra (or something similar). Jumping half naked in pools, being rude etc.. than she she was acting weird to my partner and my son at dinner time. Was shocked ! Horrible

We have spent the summer holidays here for the second time now. Altough it is an older hotel, we love the overall experience. The rooms are nice and comfy, the staff is super nice and helpful. We always book a room with balcony, but this year something went wrong with the reservation. When we checked in, they informed us that we do not have the balcony. The front lady then made a few calls and in a minute she provided us a room with the balcony. This is a supreme customer care and we were so grateful. What we also love is tbhe restaurant with a vaste variety of food options for breakfast and dinner. But what we love the most is the hotel's pool. It is nicely warm and not to crowded. We did also go to the Terme 3000 pools, but there is always so crowdy and it is unable to swim, so the hotel's pool is an excellent choice. We had lunch at the pool grill cafes, which was also great. In the evening we went for walks and there is a golf site with this super nice bar, where you could enjoy a great beer every evening with a wonderful ambient. We loved this experience and it definitely is value for money. We were a family of 3 and my daughter's stay was gratis. We will definitely come back soon.

Smooth check in service, staff friendly , food was good. Use of thermal areas was ok but property needs upgrades and renovations some out side showers not working , maintenance on some of the thermal pools needed
For the price you pay in euros some property amenities do need maintenance upkeep

Bungalows are in the park next to the hotel Termal. The roof is made in the traditional Slovenia way. The rooms are dated, there is no air condition. The bathroom was okay, but the walls are super thin, so you hear your neighbors - one house consists of 4 apartments. Each apartment has a small terrace with plastic table and two chairs. Nice touch was a clothes line for your wet bathsuits, etc. Windows have no mosquito nets. Breakfast and diner take place at hotel Terme's restaurant. Which is a bit far from the bungalows. Both is in form of a buffet - for diner there is always cutlet, and the food is described only on slovenian and german. The entrance to the pools - both the one belonging to the hotel and Terme 3000 are included. Both have the black and another healing thermal water.

The equipment in them is simple and of an older date, but we try very hard to ensure that it is also normally functional. We are maintaining it as much as possible, but at the same time we are gradually replacing the old houses with new, modern houses in Prekmurska vas Ajda, which is in the immediate vicinity. 酒店：酒店仅用于办理入住和退房以及早餐和晚餐。住在砖砌平房里 - 这些都还可以:) 平房时不时地需要翻新或进行治疗...与过去几年相比，酒店的食物“弱化”了很多...工作人员都在酒店的接待处和餐厅一如既往地超级好:)总体外部景观以及餐厅前面的外部区域是上世纪中叶的 - 美容护理会很好:) Therme：不幸的是，从主入口的外面看很旧，不再是当代的......。尽管如此，我们很乐意回到这里！
